THE GAME WILL NOT LOAD
- If the homepage stays on “Loading games”, open the game directory. Its list is available without JavaScript, although the games themselves need JavaScript to run.
- If the directory also says games are unavailable, try again later. Repeatedly refreshing will not restore a temporarily unavailable service.
- If a game opens but its play area is blank, try a current Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari browser. A 3D game also needs browser graphics support; compare with another game to find out whether the problem affects one title or the whole site.
- Before reloading a game, remember that a live shot, show or run may not be saved. See the progress notes below before clearing any browser data.
CONTROLS AND SOUND
Open the playing guide below a game for its actual controls. There is no single control scheme: Mob Rush shoots automatically, pool needs a deliberate shot, and Trace It follows a mouse, finger or stylus stroke.
On a phone, start a drag inside the play area. In pool, use the rotate button to choose a table view, then pull the cue backwards and release to shoot. When ball in hand is available, drag the white ball instead.
If a game is silent, interact with it once, check its own mute control, then check whether the browser tab or device is muted. Sound settings differ between games.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PROGRESS?
Wrongtab has no account-based save or cross-device sync. Storage belongs to this browser and device, and each game decides what it keeps.
- Mob Rush: the current level is a checkpoint for the browser tab. Try again restarts that level, not the exact crew and upgrades you had before losing. Closing the tab is not a permanent campaign save.
- Pool: practice-library stars are saved on this device, separately from the daily set. Five daily challenges change at local midnight; an open game refreshes the set when you return after a rolling shot finishes.
- BOOM IRL: edit and replay the arrangement while the game is open. There is no built-in save or video-export control.
- Energy Clicker: the energy supply belongs to the current visit. Reloading starts a new run.
Clearing site data can remove saved stars and preferences. Private browsing and blocked storage can also prevent progress from lasting. Do not clear storage as the first troubleshooting step.
A RULE LOOKS WRONG
Pocket Sidequest uses house rules, not an exact copy of tournament pool. Its 9-ball mode scores points, so legally potting the 9 can end a rack without winning it. A dry break and an illegal break are different events.
Read the rule message and the playing guide for that game. If the result still does not match, note the mode, the first ball hit, which balls were pocketed and the message shown. That makes a rules report much more useful than a score alone.
In Mob Rush, a bullet travels in its fired lane; steering does not bend a shot already in flight. Recently arrived enemies also have an approach period before they can take damage.

- The steps that caused the problem, what you expected and what happened instead.
- The visible error or a short recording, if it helps. Crop out unrelated tabs, account details and notifications first.
